The Pinzon Pasta Maker Machine is a good all round Budget Pasta Maker. It is a great starter machine for those new to the art of homemade pasta creation, or those that need their machine only rarely. As it has a capacity for only 5.1″ wide pasta sheets it is much more easy to handle than some of the bulkier machines.

It is constructed of stainless steel which is of course very well lasting, and simply clamps easily to the counter top for stability. As this is a low priced pasta maker it does not come with a wealth of cutters. But since many of those end up rarely used I would not worry too much.
